About this deal

The outsoles hooked up to the court to bring me to a stop, while the outrigger gave me a solid platform to push off and move laterally back into position. I'd say the ventilation is probably not the best, since my feet felt fairly warm after an hour of hitting. Tiffani, who has wider feet, was satisfied with the overall fit and comfort, although she found it somewhat different from other shoes she's tried with Boost cushioning.

Based on the fit and performance, I would compare this shoe to the Diadora Speed Blushield 2 AG, although I found the SoleCourt Boost to have more court feel. As is typical with more stable, durable shoe options, the SoleCourt Boosts didn't feel ultra light on the court. Compared to my favorite adidas Stella Barricade Boosts, the SoleCourt Boosts are more stable than my favorite adidas shoe but not as soft and cushioned. Also, the tongue seemed to creep down every time I wore them, and that was a bit frustrating as well. She explained, "From the beginning to the end of this playtest, I never had any issues with traction. I had a lot of extra room in the toe box, but I don't think it was enough to go down a half size, so I stayed in my true size. Throughout my playtest, there was only one point at the baseline where I felt my ankle collapse slightly as a result of some poor footwork on my part. The arch support was on the higher side, but it compressed over a couple of weeks and didn't cause any comfort issues.

KICKS CREW employs a strict and elaborate authentication process where each product is unboxed to allow thorough inspection of the packaging, exterior appearance, interior components, and accessories. A 3D-molded heel with a wrap-around chassis keeps the wearer locked in, while ADITUFF 6 rubber outsoles in a modified herringbone pattern provide ideal traction. For stability, the shoe features a semi-rigid foot frame, which is the black layer that rides just above the Boost midsole and connects with the midfoot shank at the bottom of the shoe. Fans of the Barricade line will notice a familiar chassis and locked-in feel, but the SoleCourt Boost adds an outrigger for a broad, stable base and a padded foam memory collar to prevent heel slippage.

All in all, the adidas SoleCourt Boost is one of my favorite tennis shoes that deliver excellent comfort, stability, and durability in a stylish package. Released in January 2019, the adidas SoleCourt Boost was perhaps the closest alternative for longtime fans of the Barricade, which after nearly two decades, didn’t receive an update last year and won’t in 2020.

Jason didn't enjoy the traction as much the rest of the team, wanting a little more give from his outsole. Sorprendido por la calidad, terminado y los materiales de primera de los tenis, además los compré a un súper precio.Check out my video review and playtest, where I share everything you need to know about their features along with my unbiased thoughts on their performance. Although Troy's outsoles held up just as well, the absence of a durability guarantee seemed to irk him. The history of modern adidas tennis footwear goes all the way back to 1963, when the 3-Stripes introduced the first ever leather shoe to be seen on-court. Also, although these shoes have Boost cushioning, I'm often on my toes, so the minimally cushioned forefoot can cause soreness. If you’re in the market for a new pair of tennis shoes and considering the SoleCourt Boost, I hope this resource helped provide some guidance on whether they’re right for you or not.
